1. Introduction

Welcome to Animstok Meat. By accessing or placing orders through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Animstok Meat operates as a bulk meat procurement and distribution platform serving HoReCa businesses, cloud kitchens, caterers, and institutional buyers. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• Orders are accepted primarily for HoReCa and bulk buyers.
• Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery details.

3. Minimum Order Value (MOV)

• Minimum Order Value: ₹2000
• Orders below the MOV may not be processed.
Animstok Meat reserves the right to revise the MOV at any time.

4. Product Information

• All products are fresh and perishable.
• We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing.
• Product weight may slightly vary due to natural handling.
• Images are for representation purposes only.

5. Pricing & Billing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at order confirmation.
• GST (if applicable) will be charged as per law.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout or billing.

6. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
• Animstok Meat reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
◦ Stock unavailability
◦ Operational constraints
◦ Unserviceable delivery location
• In such cases, full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery is available within India (currently focused on Delhi NCR).
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
• Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.

8. Perishable Goods Policy

Since meat products are perishable:
• Returns are not accepted once delivered.
• Complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
• Customers must store products under proper refrigeration immediately after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Animstok Meat shall not be liable for:
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss arising from improper storage after delivery.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, branding, text, and images are property of Animstok Meat and
cannot be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Delhi NCR (or your preferred city).
