1. What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is ₹2000

2. Do you serve retail household customers?

Currently, our primary focus is HoReCa and bulk buyers including hotels, restaurants, caterers, and
cloud kitchens.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Flat ₹150 per order.
Free delivery on orders above ₹7000.

4. How fresh is the meat?

All products are sourced from verified suppliers and handled under hygienic conditions. Cold chain
standards are maintained during transportation.

5. Can I return the product?

Since meat is perishable, returns are not accepted after delivery.
Complaints must be raised within 2 hours.

6. What if I receive damaged product?

Contact us immediately with order number and photos. We will verify and resolve within 24 hours.

7. Do you provide GST invoice?

Yes. GST invoice is provided wherever applicable.

8. Can I place bulk recurring orders?

Yes. We provide contract-based and recurring supply for HoReCa clients.
