Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Service Area
We currently deliver within India, primarily focusing on Delhi NCR region
2. Minimum Order Value
Minimum Order Value (MOV): ₹2000
Orders below MOV will not be processed.
3. Delivery Charges
Flat delivery charge: ₹150 per order.
Free delivery on orders above ₹7000.
For bulk or contract orders, customized logistics charges may apply.
4. Delivery Schedule
• Deliveries are scheduled in predefined time slots (Morning / Evening).
• Same-day delivery subject to availability.
• Orders placed after cut-off time may be delivered next day
5. Bulk & HoReCa Orders
• Dedicated delivery may be arranged for large volume orders.
• Delivery logistics may be handled by Animstok Meat or authorized suppliers.
• Custom rates may apply for orders exceeding standard volume.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather disruptions
• High order volumes
• Public holidays
We will notify customers in case of significant delays.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
• Damaged goods
• Incorrect product
• Quantity mismatch
You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
After verification, resolution will be provided within 24 hours.
8. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
